This is my favorite way to eat Kohlrabi and suuuper easy!
Cut Kohlrabi (I use 1 lb) into 1/2 inch wide, 2 inch long matchsticks.
Squeeze the juice of 1-2 limes on top and coat with chili lime powder or Mexican chili powder.
Garnish with cilantro if desired or just eat plain like a crunchy snack! You can also cut it smaller to add to tacos.
